As this is my very first post, I would like to extend a huge welcome to you. I believe in a Holistic approach to wellness, incorporating mind, body, spirit, and environment. I have recently qualified as a Recognised Nutrition and Health Coach through Cadence Health, however, I have been on my journey of health and wellness for many years. I thought it was about time I shared some of what I have learned with others. So, what can you expect to see here on these pages?
